The website presents SILAPRO products and lets business users request information, meetings or quotations. It is not an online shop.
Quotations and availability
Submitting a request does not create an order or contract. Stock, price, minimum quantity, lead time and delivery terms apply only when expressly confirmed by SILAPRO in a written quotation or contract.
Product information
We aim to keep information accurate, but images, packaging, technical specifications and availability may change. Before using a chemical product, the customer must check the current label, technical data sheet and safety instructions.
Permitted use
You must not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files or use content in a way that infringes SILAPRO's or a third party's rights.
Liability
SILAPRO is not responsible for decisions based on unconfirmed website information. Binding commercial terms are set out in an individual quotation or contract.
